Serving their community since 1994, this dance studio converts into a small event space at a moment’s notice. The rental price is $75 per hour which includes tables and chairs. Two locations for this brewery, one on the water and another right downtown. Included in the price are bartenders (beertenders, actually), all of their taps, and tables and chairs. The price is vague and you pay per beer but they have multiple options to suit your needs.
